I’ve heard about Wicked Dogs which has first branch in BF Homes. Finally, I got to try it myself in their Makati branch. Finding its location was somehow challenging because I’m not familiar along Poblacion. One landmark that can lead you to Wicked Dogs is the Lokal Hostel, because they are on the second floor.
The place is quite small, I think it can accommodate at least 30 people. It is not air-conditioned so expect the extreme heat especially this season so I suggest better go there by night.
Everything is industrial from the chairs, table, fans, cage-like cabinets for the bar and they even used an old LPG tanks for their lights in the kitchen which really looks cool. The random location of the swings added fun to the whole place. Well, you can use it while waiting for your food.

Wicked dogs is not your ordinary hotdog sandwich stall, they are sinfully enticing. They have five choices for specialty dogs and every one has its own character. Each order also comes with fries.
Tijuana Bacon Dog (P250.00) looks ordinary but this one is my favorite. The smokey flavor bacon wrapped frankfurter blends well with cheese sauce, topped with chili con carne and sunny side up egg. The yolk just kind of spills out and creates a sauce all its own when you bite into the sandwich which is so good.
Schublig sausage inside a bun topped with red cabbage, fried wanton adds crispness, while the sharp taste of chili hoisin sauce balances the whole sandwich served with prawn crackers makes up The No. 5 Dog (P260.00).
If you want a little kick of heat on your dogs go for Wasabi Dog (P250.00), A weiner topped with a smear of wasabi mayo, a line of katsu sauce, sprinkle of katsuobushi and julienned seaweed chips. Everything taste japanese!
Another must-try is the Chicken Tenders , the spiciness is tolerable. It’s like I’m eating a chicken meat covered with cheetos!
Wicked Dogs also serves cocktails and beers. According to them they serve beer colder and cheaper than your ex! What a catchy tagline haha!
They will also launch new drinks and cocktails paired with our very own Locally blended juice drink. These juices are naturally homegrown in our country. Lucky enough, we were the first one to try it. The following flavors are Calamansi, Tamarind, Kamias and Guyabano.
Because it’s summer and what we need is something refreshing Wicked Dogs came up with Non-Alcoholic drinks which I also included in this post. I personally like the Snow Blend topped with whipped cream and cherry.
The Summer Punch is a combination of pineapple, kamias and lime. Perfect dose of Vitamin C in a glass.
Guyabano with lime, mint and sugar for the Virgin Mojito , again this is alcohol free so you can drink as much as you want.
For the Alcoholic drinks they used vodka or tequila and combined it with Locally blended juice drink to add a little flavor. These drinks will be out soon, but you may take a peek now hihi!
Oh that’s me enjoying the swing before I say ciao Wicked Dogs!
