Last March 19, Litton & Co. kicked off the summer season by opening the Mandala Park weekend market once again to the public. It’s our second time here! Why we kept on coming back? With summer just around the corner, this is a perfect place for us to chill out, greens are everywhere, a well ventilated open space and plus the fact that there are more food choices.
They held a special pop-up zumba class for kids as part of Mandala Park’s mission of promoting wellness. The activity hope to teach kids that living an active lifestyle can be fun and exciting. We decided to visit the Mandala Park at night that’s why we didn’t got the chance to see it. Instead, our Saturday night was filled with live soundtrack (texas style blues) courtesy of Bleu Rascals. You won’t feel sleepy while eating because they pumped up the crowd with loud and cool vibe music.
We’re delighted to see newbies for their march line-up of merchants.
Yen Yen Taiwan Noodle Cart
Some of their best sellers are Taiwan Chami and Taiwan Special Fried Rice, they serve dumplings too!

Eats Meets West
We can’t resist to try them because of their food display and we never regret it. Their Burger Meats Bagnet was worth the price. For less than Php 200.00, you can enjoy pure beef patties, veggies plus the thick slices of juicy bagnet. A must try!

Bao Fusion Concepts
They have the most catchy poster! “Hi, Would you like to take a Bao?” Guess what? We said Yes! haha! Their steamed buns are filled with goodness of congress (sisig), churri (pulled pork) and veggie (eggplant, tomato, onion).

Ziazan Mediterranean Mezze
Healthy and Homemade Mezze paired with Pita Bread. Made from eggplants, chickenpea and black beans. Vegan-Gluten and Sugar free.

Some of Mandala’s veterans are back with their mouth-watering treats.
Wrapped
Shawarma wrapped and their bellychon are perfect “pulutan”!
Ribs Manila
Fall-of-the-bone smoked ribs.
Babci Kuchnia
Met the Polish owner, it was their granma recipe. Pierogi is like a dunpling and empanada at the same time. I tried the beef and cheese and It’s absolutely delicious especially the fillings.

Gosto Piri Piri
Back again with their Portuguese Barbecue, Piri Chicken and Gambas.
Dim Zum
No extender. Only real meat and seafood for their dimsums. Available frozen for take out.
Mister Delicious
Known for their Bacon Cones and undoubtedly satisfied everyone with a smorgasbord of delicatessen.
Thirsty visitors can get their refreshment from homegrown beverages like:
